Chapter 8
In this chapter the power of negotiation was discussed. There are two major ways to think about power:"power overe", ehich suggests that power is dominating and coercive in nature. The "power with", suggests that power is jointly shared with the other party to collectively develop joint goals and objectives. There are five sources of power: Informal sources, personal sources, position based sources, Relationship based, and contextual sources.
